Schema Contract: Peak / EIC Plotting¶

Required columns¶

• peakmap
• mzmin
• mzmax
• rtmin
• rtmax

All five columns must be present in the table (though individual columns may be hidden by setting their format to None).

These groups may appear more than once with a shared __postfix suffix, e.g. peakmap__pos, mzmin__pos, mzmax__pos, rtmin__pos, rtmax__pos.

Effect¶

When the column group is detected:

• the EIC (extracted ion chromatogram) plot panel is shown
• the m/z plot panel is shown
• peak visualization is enabled for selected rows
• peakmap… entries appear in the postfix chooser
