Schema Contract: Spectra¶

Required columns¶

Columns whose name starts with spectra, in particular spectra_ms2. Optional postfix suffixes are supported, e.g. spectra_ms2__pos.

Effect¶

When such columns are detected:

• the spectra chooser widget is shown
• row-dependent MS2 spectra entries are added to the chooser
• the m/z plot can display selected spectra directly
